Flight safety in Kazakhstan has exceeded world level

ICAO has increased the level of flight safety in Kazakhstan to 82%, El.kz reports.

At a government meeting, Vice Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan Talgat Lastayev said that last year the European Commission lifted all restrictions on flights of Kazakh airlines to the EU countries. The next stage of cooperation will be an official visit by the President of the ICAO Council Salvatore Sciacchitano.

At the same time, the accident investigation parameter remains at the level of 51%, which is the lowest indicator in the overall rating. To improve the situation in Kazakhstan, a specialized center for the investigation of traffic accidents will be created by the end of the year, where highly qualified specialists with access to modern equipment will work.
