Exhibition of National Museum of Kazakhstan opened in China

Today, the museum of the city of Tianjin of the People's Republic of China hosted the opening ceremony of the international exhibition "The Golden Man and the Great Steppe", organized by the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Center for Cultural Relics of China, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by minister-counsellor at the embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in China Shalkarbayev Askar, Aibek Sydykov, acting director of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Party Secretary and Director of the Center for Cultural Relics of China Tang Ping, Yao Yang, director of the Tianjin Museum, as well as representatives of the leadership of the city of Tianjin, the Department of Culture and Tourism, the Foreign Affairs Department of the People's Government of the city of Tianjin.

- The exhibition "The Golden Man and the Great Steppe" presents 185 unique exhibits from the collection of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The exposition is divided into three thematic blocks, each of them is devoted to different aspects of the development of the material and spiritual culture of the Kazakh people, the report says.

The exhibition will run until February 12, 2025, providing residents and guests of the city of Tianjin with a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the rich cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.
