Environmental campaign carried out in Abay region

An environmental event is held every week. Residents, public figures, public organizations, enterprises and other residents of the region take part in the action, El.kz reports with reference to the akimat of the Abay region.

In the Abay district, 740 people took part in the cleaning. 16 units of equipment were involved, 932 residential yards, 54 territories of educational institutions were cleaned, 1400 cubic meters of garbage were removed.

In the Aksuat district, 600 people took part in the action. An area with a total area of 120,500 square meters was cleaned. 17 units of equipment were involved in the cleaning, 86 tons of solid waste were removed.
