The corresponding agreement was ratified by the deputies of the Majilis at the plenary session today, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The list of transmitted information includes: a request for a credit report, the consent of the subject of credit history, the credit report itself, as well as documents regarding challenging the credit history. It is provided only for the conclusion of a credit relationship or subsequent monitoring.
Within the framework of the agreement, equal conditions will be created for residents of all EAEU countries when applying for credit resources to banks located in the territories of other member states. It is aimed at ensuring the possibility of a qualitative risk assessment when making decisions on lending to residents. All this will contribute to the development of cross-border lending within the framework of an international organization.
