Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov took part at the international forum "Kazakhstan Content 2.0" in Astana today, El.kz cites primeminister.kz.
He noted that a number of proposals were voiced by business, and many of them are already being implemented thanks to the joint work of the Government and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
In particular, this concerns the recognition of off-take contracts concluded by domestic producers with subsoil users and other large companies as collateral for attracting loans and investments.
"We have worked on this issue with the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market. A corresponding regulatory decision was made that off-take contracts with quasi-state companies, with companies that have international ratings of BB-, and with large systemically important enterprises are considered firm collateral for loans. In the future, we will expand the field of application of this kind of pledges," Alikhan Smailov said.
According to him, it was also decided to completely exclude non-standardized goods from trading on exchanges. Information about when and how this decision comes into force will be announced through the media later.
The Prime Minister also spoke about the work on the abolition of the CT-KZ certificate and the industrial certificate, which confirm the status of the Kazakh manufacturer.
"Together with the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, we decided that we will have a single register of domestic manufacturers. You will not need to obtain any certificates. Information about manufacturers and their products will be available online in this register. At any time, everyone interested will be able to log in and get the necessary information. Thus, we will stop the practice of issuing these certificates. The information will be available online free of charge for all users."
Addressing the participants of the forum, the Prime Minister noted that all constructive proposals of business based on its results will be collected and systematized for use in the further work of the Government.
"I invite all participants to express their suggestions. We are ready to make the right decisions together with you to move our economy and our country forward," Alikhan Smailov concluded.
