Direct flights from Kazakhstan to Japan ready to resume

A meeting was held between the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Talgat Lastaev and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Yamada Jun, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Committee.

During the meeting, issues of resuming direct flights to Japan, including flights to Tokyo using the 5th degree of air, were discussed. 

The parties noted the legal framework created by the aviation authorities for flights between the two friendly countries, as well as the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Japan.
The Kazakh side expressed readiness and interest in resuming flights to Japan.
