Flights from Baku to Almaty will be carried out twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays. And on March 16, Azerbaijan Airlines opened a flight operating flights on Mondays and Thursdays from Baku to Astana, and on Tuesdays and Fridays in the opposite direction.
"Almaty is one of the largest, most developed and interesting tourist destinations in Central Asia, and representatives of the Azerbaijani airline share this opinion. Our ministry will continue to work on increasing the number of direct flights with other countries," Dastan Ryspekov, Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee said.
