Rustam Bayaliyev became the Deputy Head of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.

"By the order of the Head of State, Bayaliyev Rustam was appointed Deputy Head of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan ," the report says.
