Kazakhstani boxer Gennady Golovkin (42-2-1, 37 KOs) is likely to hold his next fight in the spring of 2023 against the mandatory challenger from Brazil Esquiva Falcao (30-0, 20 KOs), El.kz reports with reference to the Sports.kz.
It is planned that the fight will be held in March, and in January Falcao intends to go to the United States for training. The Brazilian himself told this to the media in his homeland:
"It is expected that the fight will take place at the end of March. It was the deadline that the IBF set. I'm very confident and focused on this fight," he said.
