The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva, Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Andrey Lukin and Akim of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek. The guests got acquainted with the masters of arts and crafts, noting that the preservation of the traditional Kazakh ornament is of great importance for the preservation of the Kazakh identity.
“The hub is divided into several thematic zones: a bookstore and a reading room for the products of domestic publishers, an ethno-museum, craft workshops, a platform for modern art performances, musical and literary evenings, as well as a gallery of contemporary art and the Smart nomad games project," the report says.
Such hubs are planned to be opened in all regions of Kazakhstan. They will contribute to the creation and commercialization of creative projects, as well as the inclusion of hundreds of specialists in the creative market.
