China to host Almaty Tourism Days

Almaty City Tourism Days, aimed at developing international cooperation and attracting tourists to the southern capital of Kazakhstan to held on October 14 in Xi'an and on October 16 in Beijing . These events will help strengthen ties with Chinese tour operators and airlines, El.kz reports.

The program of events includes negotiations with leading representatives of the Chinese tourism industry, as well as presentations of the unique tourism opportunities of Almaty. Guests will enjoy performances by Kazakh artists, master classes by artisans and tasting of national dishes.

In addition, on the last day of the event, a draw of a tour in Almaty will be held among major tour operators. The winners will be able to personally get acquainted with the main attractions of the city, such as the high-mountain skating rink "Medeu" and the ski resort "Shymbulak".
