Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageThe Ambassador of Kazakhstan Almat Aidarbekov met with the Chairwoman of the Central Electoral Commission of Moldova Angelica Caraman, El.kz cites MFA.
During the conversation, Ambassador Aidarbekov shared about democratic transformations, constitutional, political and economic reforms implemented at the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. He also briefed about upcoming early parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan on March 19, 2023, and that the first time a polling station will be opened at the Embassy.
In turn, the Chairwoman Caraman informed that on March 16, 2023, she is leaving for Astana to participate in the observation of the Parliamentary elections. The electoral legislation changes in Kazakhstan draw attention and interest of the Moldovan side.
At the end of the conversation, the parties agreed to maintain working contacts for the exchange of experience and mutually beneficial cooperation between the CEC authorities.
