Breakthrough projects should be implemented in tourism - Tokayev

It is necessary to use the tourism potential of our country. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said this in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports.

- In the field of tourism, the same breakthrough projects should be implemented. Unfortunately, there are no significant successes in this important industry yet, we are lagging behind other states," the President said.

He stated that a specific list of at least 15 major projects was needed.

- You can't make past mistakes. It is necessary to determine effective support measures and specific deadlines for implementation. It is necessary to actively involve both foreign investors and domestic business in the implementation of these projects, the Head of State noted.
