Bibisara in the final round won the Indian chess player Harika Dronavalli, and the Chinese Tan Zhongyi, lost to another chess player from India - Hampi Koner.
"I became a world champion for the second year. Last year I won the championship very confidently. Now I want to calm down a bit, to spend time with my family. I missed them very much," Bibisara said at a news conference.
Last year, Bibisara Assaubayeva won the World Blitz Championship in Warsaw (Poland).
