Bibisara Assaubayeva beat French female chess player at Olympiad in Budapest

The 45th International Chess Federation (FIDE) Chess Olympiad is currently underway in Budapest, Hungary, El.kz reports.

Bibisara Assaubayeva (on photo) and Alua Nurman win against Deimante Daulyte-Cornette and  Pauline Guichard respectively, turning the match from 0-1 for Kazakhstan to 2-1 against France.

At the moment, the national team of Kazakhstan takes one of the leading places in the standings, having scored 14 points along with the teams of Poland and India.
