The assets of Kazakhstan’s National Fund reached $66.2 billion by the end of 2024, El.kz reports.
Speaking at a joint session of the Parliament chambers, the Finance Minister Madi Takiyev noted that the fund’s assets grew by 16% over the year.
This was achieved through effective fund management and stable returns on global financial markets.
The National Fund plays a strategic role in Kazakhstan’s economy by ensuring financial stability and serving as a tool to mitigate external economic risks.
