Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageA virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence has been introduced in the eGov mobile app, El.kz reports citing the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry.
In the updated version of eGov mobile, users now have access to a new tool — the eGov AI virtual assistant.
In addition to integrating artificial intelligence, the app has enhanced personal data protection and redesigned navigation. The main page now displays icons for popular services, and all services are divided into two categories — “E-Government” and “E-Licensing.”
The personal profile section now offers more information, including data on family, health, employment, fines, property, and other areas. Users can also view the history of consents they have given, while navigation between sections has become more user-friendly.
