"Animals can't protect themselves, so they need our help. They, like us, should have the right to life, and we should take care of them," said Talgat Narikbayev, Chairman of the Board of Maqsut Narikbayev University, at the opening of this center.
The Animal Law Center aims to create a society where animal rights are not only recognized, but also protected at the legislative level. By bringing together scientists, legal practitioners, experts and animal advocates, the Center aims to humanize society by encouraging a more conscious attitude towards the animal world.
