Ambassador-Designate of Kazakhstan to Slovenia presented copies of credentials

The Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Slovenia Daniyar Sarekenov presented copies of his credentials to the Chief of Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Prah, El.kz cites MFA.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation, expressing intention to implement joint projects in trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other areas of mutual interest.

The Kazakh diplomat stated that the opening of the Kazakh Embassy in Ljubljana demonstrates Astana’s commitment to further expanding and deepening relations between the two states.

The Ambassador-Designate informed that in Kazakhstan are expecting the upcoming visit of the President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar in 2025, which will undoubtedly give a powerful impetus to the entire spectrum of bilateral cooperation and bring the interaction between the two countries to a new level.

Besides, Sarekenov briefed about the internal political and economic transformations in Kazakhstan, as well as the results of the referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain close contacts to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Slovenia.
