Almaty to host ICAO Workshop on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women in Aviation

The 2025 ICAO EUR/NAT Workshop on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women will be held in Almaty on March 4-5, 2025, El.kz reports with reference to the CAC.

The representatives of the aviation industry of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, international organizations (ICAO, Eurocontrol, EASA, IATA, IFATCA, SkyTeam, ACVFFI), business circles and aviation companies will attend the event

This event will be an important platform for discussing gender balance issues in aviation, sharing experiences and developing strategies to increase women's participation in the industry.

The aim of the workshop is to promote gender equality, support women's career development and inspire new generations of professionals. The program of the event includes speeches by world experts, discussions on the career development of women in aviation, success stories and modern programs for involving young people in the industry.
