Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageA new flight on the route Almaty - Ankara has been launched, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On behalf of the Kaakh President negotiations were held with the aviation authorities of Turkey on air traffic between Kazakhstan and Turkey, following which an agreement was reached to increase the number of routes, flights by two times, carriers. As a result of this work, the Turkish airline "Pegasus Airlines" from November 1 this year launched a new flight on the route Almaty - Ankara and Kazakh passengers were able to travel direct flights to the capital of Turkey.
Regular flights between the cities of Almaty and Ankara will be operated with a frequency of 2 times a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays on aircraft of the A320 and B737 type. The increase in flights and the expansion of the geography of flights will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business, investment and tourism cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
