A dual training system is being introduced in the Akmola region within the framework of the Year of Vocational Occupations, initiated by the Head of State,El.kz reports with reference to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Director of the Higher Technical College of Shchuchinsk Assel Rakhimzhan noted that cooperation with leading enterprises in the region makes it possible to train qualified specialists who are in demand not only in the region, but throughout the country.
Higher Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology College under Education Department of Akmola Region also plays an important role in solving the personnel shortage. According to the director of the educational institution, Ainur Zhanseitova, students spend 60% of their time in practice, and 40% in theoretical classes. This model of training not only provides students with the necessary skills, but also provides a paid internship with the possibility of further employment.
Dual training programs help not only to develop professional skills, but also contribute to strengthening the economy of the region through the training of in-demand specialists.
