Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageThe Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan has launched an AI-powered Telegram bot called AI-sulu,El.kz reports.
The service was created to help military personnel and their families manage stress, offering support at any time.
The digital assistant is available in Kazakh and Russian, operates anonymously and around the clock. While AI-sulu does not replace a human psychologist, it can serve as the first line of support: listening, providing guidance, and directing users to the right resources.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that psychological health is a key element of the army’s combat readiness. Effective work with servicemen and their families strengthens morale and ensures stability within the armed forces.
