A fire broke out in a four-story dormitory in Ust-Kamenogorsk, El.kz reports.

The blaze started  on the first floor.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, firefighters quickly coped with the fire. Rescuers evacuated 68 residents including 19 children.

The Center for Disaster Medicine examined citizens and provided the necessary first aid
