25 people survived in plane crash in Aktau - Kazakhstan's Ministry of Emergency Situations

According to preliminary information, 25 people survived the plane crash in Mangistau region.

There were 62 passengers and 5 crew members on the plane,El.kz reports.

Among the passengers were 37 citizens of Azerbaijan, 6 from Kazakhstan, 3 from Kyrgyzstan and 16 from Russia.

25 people have been confirmed to have survived. Of these, 22 people were taken to hospitals.

150 rescue service personnel, 45 pieces of equipment, including units of the Department of Emergency Situations, the National Guard and the police are involved in the elimination of the consequences of the crash and rescue operations.
