2025 Winter Universiade: Kazakhstan wins two more medals

Two Kazakh para-athletes Denis  Zinov  and Roman Kurbanov won medals  in the Torino 2025 FISU Winter World University Games, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek noted the achievements of athletes:

"This success once again demonstrated the hard work of our para-athletes, their perseverance and strong spirit. I congratulate our athletes on the victory and wish them to reach even greater heights in future competitions! I wish all athletes success and strength in the upcoming tests!"

The national team of Kazakhstan currently has:

1 gold medal;

1 silver medal;

1 bronze medal.
