Particular attention will be paid to remote areas of the city, where there is a shortage of such institutions. In parks, squares and shopping centers, there will be library pavilions and vending machines that give out not only coffee, but also books.

Almaty will be the first city in Kazakhstan where such a project will be implemented. Currently, there are 28 city libraries in the metropolis, three of which work around the clock. For the convenience of readers, the book fund is constantly updated, free high-speed Internet is provided, there are computers, new desks.
