The Government of Kazakhstan has signed a Decree according to which 156 Caspian seals will be collected for scientific research. After the completion of the research, the seals will be back into their natural habitat, El.kz reports.
It is also allowed to remove rare and endangered species of fish for breeding in special conditions and subsequent release into the wild.
Scientific organizations are currently obtaining the necessary permits and will soon begin research aimed at studying and preserving these rare and endangered species.
