Kazakh Minister of Culture and Sports Dauren Abayev introduced to the staff of the International University of Tourism and Hospitality the new Chairman of the Board – Rector Aidos Sakenov, graduate of Bolashak program, a manager in the field of tourism and entrepreneurship
Over the years, he worked as the head of the department of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of Almaty`s Akimat, deputy head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of Pavlodar region`s Akimat, was deputy chairman and headed the Committee for Industry and Tourism of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Aidos Sakenov is a graduate of the Business School of the University of Leeds (UK).
In his new position, he will manage the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of tourism and hospitality, the development of educational programs and the scientific potential of the university.
