QAZAQ AIR enters top three regional airlines in CA and CIS
The regional air carrier of Kazakhstan QAZAQ AIR once again entered the top three in the nominations of “Best Regional Airline in Central Asia and the CIS”, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Users of air services evaluated the websites of airlines, check-in and boarding for flights, the cleanliness of the cabin, the appearance of flight attendants and service, the quality of food, the comfort of seats and many other factors. We are constantly working to improve the service in regional air transportation and strive to increase the freedom of regional movement at the international level," said Adilbek Umraliyev, Acting CEO of QAZAQ AIR JSC.
The World Airline Awards have the unofficial status of an "Aviation Oscar". Since 1999, it has been awarded annually by the British consulting agency Skytrax, a leading global evaluator of the quality of airline and airport services.
Travellers around the world vote in the world's largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the winners of the award. All survey and award costs are covered by Skytrax, airlines do not pay any entry or registration fees.
The online passenger survey was conducted from September 2023 to May 2024 in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Customers from more than 100 countries took part in the survey and evaluated the activities of more than 350 airlines.
