"First of all, it is important to note that the visit of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Saudi Arabia plays an important role in the development of not only political, but also economic relations with this country. The main purpose of the visit was to expand trade and economic cooperation.
In addition, Kazakhstan is interested in Saudi Arabia assisting in the development of new oil, industrial and precious metals fields, since they have extensive experience and rich technological equipment in this matter. This is the main economic interest of our country.
As for the political aspect, strengthening international cooperation with a strong partner is also important in the current conditions. In addition, both Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia are countries in which the main share of the economy is the export of raw materials.
