AIFC is most familiar platform for all investors

We have the AIFC Court, an arbitration center, there is clear and familiar legislation for investors, this allows us to attract about 6-7 billion dollars of investment. I think that even more investments are expected, taking into account the difficult geo-economic situation," AIFC governor Kairat Kelimbetov said.

The speaker noted that Kazakhstan has chosen the right path of neutral jurisdiction.

"There is a lot of interest from the east and west, so the AIFC is the most familiar platform for all investors. In June, the Governance Council under the leadership of the President held a special meeting, where we summed up the results of 2021. About 1.5 thousand companies are registered in the AIFC, serious investments have been attracted. The AIFC court conducted about 40 cases. I think the numbers will increase this year. Our strategy includes ambitious tasks until 2025," the governor of the Astana International Financial Center added.
