Tokayev meets with Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation President

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the President of the Federation of Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Women's Wrestling of Kazakhstan Daulet Turlykhanov, El.kz reports with reference to Akorda press service.

Daulet Turlykhanov informed the Head of State about the development of mass sport and top achievements in the country, including the measures taken to implement the state program for the development of physical culture and sports, as well as the training of wrestlers for the Summer Olympic Games in 2024.

In addition, special attention during the meeting was paid to the involvement of young people in mass sports, expanding access to sports facilities in the regions.

The Head of State focused on the need to strengthen work on the development of summer and winter sports in the regions.
