Azerbaijan plans to adopt experience of Kazakh teachers

Azerbaijani teachers will be sent to Kazakhstan, where they will be able to study the methods of teaching Kazakh children, as well as get acquainted with the functioning of schools, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is reported that the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aimagambetov and the Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev discussed cooperation. The head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Education and Science said that he was impressed by the work of Kazakhstani schools. Emin Amrullayev also drew attention to the high-quality work of Kazakhstani colleges.
He highlighted the results of college students at the international competition WorldSkills. Amrullayev also appreciated the work of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the oympiad movement both in Kazakhstan and abroad.
"We are very proud that we did not miss any olympiads for schoolchildren held by Kazakhstan. Of course, what we saw is very interesting for us. Your WorldSkills movement is developed at a very high level. We will need time to study the experience of Kazakhstan. We believe that some teams will be able to study together with our guys, for example, in preparation for olympiads in physics, computer science, mathematics. We are planning to hold a STEAM-festival and invite Kazakhstani schools to take part. I think it will be interesting for us to work together in terms of schools. In October, we will be able to send materials so that our teachers come and study the experience of their colleagues," said Emin Amrullayev.
He also spoke about the idea of creating a regional educational platform for Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Now Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia and Belarus are already interacting in this way.
In turn, Askhat Aimagambetov stressed Kazakhstan's readiness to work together. He noted that the republic will ensure the participation of Kazakhstani children in the STEAM festival, as well as conduct introductory work for Azerbaijani teachers.
