Kazakh cultural and business house "Abai Uii" was opened in Omsk

On September 22, the “Fellow Citizens Fund” NJSC along with the World Association of Kazakhs, with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of the Omsk Region of the Russian Federation, inaugurated the Kazakh cultural and business house "Abai Uii" in Omsk.


An event was attended by the Vice Minister of Information and Social Development Marat Azilkhanov, the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Omsk, as well as the heads of the “Fellow Citizens Fund”, the representatives of the public association "Omsk Kazakhs" and others. ⠀

The presentation of the Kazakh House of Culture and Business was held during the meeting, as well as the implementation of joint projects to support the cultural, business and educational activities of Kazakhs in Russia. ⠀

The goals and objectives of the Kazakh cultural and business houses “Abai Uii” to promote the Kazakh cultural heritage, strengthen the business and humanitarian ties with the fellow relatives abroad were announced during the meeting. ⠀

In addition, by the end of 2020, the “Fellow Citizens Fund” plans to open 4 more Kazakh cultural and business house "Abai Uii" in Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), Uzbekistan (Tashkent), Germany (Berlin), Turkey (Istanbul).
