The VII China-Eurasia EXPO has been postponed for mid-September due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, the exhibition’s organizing committee reports.
"In order to ensure the health of all participants and the effectiveness of the exhibition, the VII EXPO "China-Eurasia", originally scheduled for August 25 - 30, 2022, has been postponed to mid-September 2022. The venue remains unchanged," the organizing committee said in a statement.
Xinjiang reported a surge in new coronavirus cases at the close of July.
