Rent of commercial real estate in the 4th quarter of 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, rose in price by 1.8%, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the agency, most of all prices increased for the rental of restaurants and catering establishments.
"Thus, prices for renting warehouses, restaurants and catering outlets increased by 4.1%. Rental of car wash points went up by 4.3%, followed by consumer service points, service points - by 3.8%, exchangers - by 3.4%, retail premises - by 1.9%, parking lots - by 1.5%, administrative and office premises - by 1.4%," the report said.
