"By the Decree of the Head of State, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the French Republic Arystankulova Gulsara Mereevna was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Principality of Monaco, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization concurrently," the press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
