Today in Astana, an agreement was signed on the intention of Philips to participate in a project to create a local production of portable ultrasound diagnostic devices,El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The use of ultrasound systems outside the walls of medical institutions will make it possible to quickly carry out high-quality medical diagnostics of patients and carry out telemedicine consultations in real time, the report says
The parties expressed their readiness to cooperate, noting that the development of such advanced medical technologies is especially important in providing assistance to residents of remote areas and villages, as well as in emergency situations.
