Mr. Hugh Hallman, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the USA in an interview for El.kz told how the creation of double degree educational programs began, other projects are planned and what Americans find interesting regarding Kazakhstan. “More recently the work that we've been pursuing is to help Kazakhstan become one of the five international agricultural superpowers. There are currently five countries that dominate agriculture in the world. It's the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. Kazakhstan has all the kinds of materials and people, the resources to become an agricultural superpower” Mr. Hallman said.
