The Majilis ratified the Agreement between Kazakhstan and Qatar on military cooperation, El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of the Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Ratification of the agreement will allow countries to cooperate in such areas as military, education and science, medicine. Cultural and sports events in the military field, consultations on issues related to peacekeeping operations, combat training, and others are envisaged, the report says.
Within the framework of the agreement, the authorized bodies of the two states will create a joint working group that will determine, organize and coordinate military cooperation.
