43 of the 45 available services can be received electronically, this was announced by Vice Minister Yerbol Ospanov at a briefing in the CCS, El.kz reports with reference to the ortcom.kz.
In the social and labor sphere, citizens can receive 45 public services, of which 43 are available in electronic format, and half can be received proactively.
In general, thanks to digital tools, since the beginning of the year, citizens have received 15.6 million public services, or 87% of the total number of services provided. We carry out this work constantly. So, since the beginning of this year, 5 more public services have been implemented on the e-government portal," Vice Minister Yerbol Ospanov said.
At the moment, several pilot projects are being implemented: to automate the process of assigning state benefits to awarded mothers with many children, as well as to pay social assistance provided by local executive bodies to certain categories of needy citizens through the NJSC "State Corporation" "Government for Citizens".
