APK DEPARTMENT ORGANIZED A MASTER CLASS OF THE NATIONAL KAZAKH CUISINE

To learn the origins of culture of any nation, it is necessary to get acquainted with its national cuisine, because preferences in cooking dishes are directly related to the peculiarities of human habitation, way of life, traditions and customs.

With the purpose of realization of the project "As-аdamnyn arkauy", Assembly of people of Kazakhstan" department of M. Kozybayev North-Kazakhstan State University organized a master class of the national Kazakh cuisine within the framework of educational interactive lecture "Qazaqtanu".

The event included two blocks: theoretical - "National cuisine as part of the national code of Kazakhs" and practical - "Presentation of Kazakh national dishes".

The most interesting part of the event was the master class, during which the students of the university demonstrated the technology of cooking cottage cheese puffs for beshbarmak, lagman.

The master class ended with a tasting of dishes and an expert assessment of representatives of ethno-cultural associations of North-Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, employees of "Kogamdyk kelisim", faculty of the university.
