The Ministry of Tourism and Sports has announced upcoming sporting events in the country from October 21 to 27, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the department.
Almaty will become the center of sports and esports events at the end of October. Among the main events: Almaty Cyber Games International, the UEFA Futsal Champions League, the Kazakhstan Chess and Basketball Championship, as well as matches of football and basketball clubs.
SC SADU Arena will host an esports festival, including CS, Dota 2 and FIFA tournaments. The guests of the festival will be famous esports players and streamers.
From 22 to 25 October, the Baluan Sholak Sports Palace will host the main round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
Karaganda will host the Kazakhstan Team Rapid Chess Championship with the participation of the country's leading chess players.
