While on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov held talks with representatives of the business circles of this country, El.kz reports with reference to the telegram channel of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Investors were presented with a list of new 40 investment projects totaling over $ 6.5 billion in such industries as the mining and metallurgical complex, agriculture, oil and gas industry, construction, etc.
Thus, Alikhan Smailov met with the chief executive officer of the Mubadala group Musabbih al-Kaabi.
Mubadala is a state-owned investment and development company ranked 13th in the global ranking of sovereign funds with estimated assets of $285 billion.
"We have serious potential in the fields of energy, chemical industry, agriculture, mining and metallurgical complex. In this context, I would like to propose to take part in the implementation of new projects, specially prepared taking into account the current situation in the world," Alikhan Smailov said.
