Since the beginning of the year, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring" has opened 35 criminal cases on the facts of illicit trade in petroleum with a total volume of 20 thousand tons for 4 billion tenge, El.kz reports with reference to the department.
"In the pre-trial investigation, the sources of origin of fuel and lubricants and persons involved in its trafficking are identified for all the revealed facts. In the regions, interaction has been established with the border service and state revenue authorities, joint work plans have been signed," the report said.
